good food tasty selections
Breakfast had a varied and plentiful selection. The restaurant food quality seemed very good and offered tasty speciality cooking each night. I enjoyed the Chinese options. We also found great Indian selections.
The hotel got a bit tired and seems to need some upgrading.

attentive staff reasonable price fabulous view clean towels
The staff was very attentive. The food was plentiful, and the wine was reasonably priced. I requested a kettle, and the hotel kindly provided one. I appreciated the fabulous views and clean towels.

rude staff unclear signs
the snack bar was disappointing. it was not clear what was included in the all inclusive package. there were no obvious signs. one staff member was rude when i asked about the room number on my last day. he implied i was trying to get something fraudulently.

the breakfast had many choices. i enjoyed a lovely room that also featured a beautiful sea view from the balcony. the reception and dining room staff were friendly and helpful.

mixed feelings
dated system rude manager
the location of the hotel is convenient, with easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
The all-inclusive system feels dated. I had to show a card with my room number every time i wanted food or a drink, then sign a receipt each time. i didn't get served often during meals. the pool bar manager seemed rude. He had no manners and didn't smile.

helpful staff comfortable bed spacious room
The breakfast included variety of options. The staff was very helpful plus pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the room offered enough space. I noticed the pool area featured plenty of sunbeds. This was very convenient.
